About Enclave in Georgetown
The Enclave in Georgetown is a small community of just two streets of homes. These custom built homes are situated on one plus acre lots, full of trees. Located in the city limits, homes here have the advantage of city sewer and water. Don’t let the size fool you, this community has character.
Where is Enclave in Georgetown?
Located off Williams Drive in Georgetown, this community is in the middle of the action. If heading north on I35 exit Williams Drive and go west (left) for several miles until you pass the light at Serenada. Keep a look out for the Lutheran Church on your left and then the faded, white brick wall. At the end of this wall is Country Road, take a left and the entrance to The Enclave is your next left, Sutton Place.
What’s close to Enclave in Georgetown?
Williams Drive is one of the “main” roads in Georgetown and the Enclave is just a few miles west of I35 off this popular drive. Within half a mile of Country Road and Williams is a donut shop, gym, gas station, church, pet groomer and Catfish Parlour. A little further west at DB Woods/Shell Road is a large grocery store, banks, restaurants, fast foods joints, movie rentals and much more. Take a left on DB Woods and drive by the dam to Lake Georgetown – it’s a great view.
